Getting One Step Closer
It has been a great month of visiting churches! In one month, we traveled to churches in Missouri, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. What a blessing and answer to prayer it was to be able to share our calling to Uganda with so many wonderful church families! We are so thankful to hear from several churches about possible future support as the Lord provides and/or business meetings take place. Please join us in praying for the Lord to continue to open doors and provide support in His perfect timing.
VBS Blessings
Vacation Bible School at Albia Baptist Temple in Albia, IA, was amazing! Nolan taught the Bible lessons and focused on a different promise of God each day. The kids were encouraged to take a hold of these promises as absolute truth and live boldly and confidently in Christ as the new school year starts. The boys and girls had an offering competition each day as well. They raised over $100 to help with ministry in Uganda! What an incredible encouragement they were to us. Throughout the week, we had opportunities to share the gospel multiple times. A few kids acknowledged their need to be saved yet were hesitant to make a decision. Please keep them in prayer and that they will come to know Jesus as their personal Savior soon.
